Texas

This is Mission Control! It is from here, the LJB Space Center, that NASA flight controllers monitor spaceflights. From liftoff to landing, teams experienced engineers and technicians monitor the crew and craft 24 hours a day, analyzing data and providing solutions for the unexpected. Space Center Houston enables visitors to experience the United States Space Program through displays, ranging from full-scale mock-ups to actual space suits worn bu American astronauts. 

This bridge, more than one fourth a mile in length, is a link in a new boulevard leading from Fort Worth to the northwest and constitutes the approach to Lake Worth Casino.

Old Stone Fort Museum, located on the beautiful campus of Stephan F. Austin College, Nacogdoches, Texas, the oldest city in the state of Texas. Having been built in 1779, eight flags have flown over this historical old building which attracts thousands of tourists and visitors to Nacogdoches annually. 

The Port Arthur Bridge across the Neches River on Texas Highway 87, between Orange, Texas, and Port Arthur, Texas. Total length of bridge and approaches, 5.7 miles; total vertical clearance above average water level, 176 feet. 

The Home of General Sam Houston, built in 1847- a frontier home of logs covered with handsome boards. Furnished throughout Huntsville, Texas.
