Florida Gators

This postcard was sent to me as an official Postcrossing postcard. The Florida Alligator is found throughout the state. This reptile has lineage going back millions of years and can grown to 12 feet in length. Katja, the sender of the card, said that once in a while people find these gators in their backyards. SCARY!!
