This postcard was a souvenir from a friend who went on a trip to Las Vegas. She sent me many videos og the Bellagio Water Show, which I love, so she also got me this postcard. It's hard to tell in this picture but the water glitters.

Battlemountain, Nevada. So named, due to an Indian and immigrant combat that took place in 1861, along the mountains west of the present town location. A thriving town in the midst of gold, silver and copper producing mines. Also huge ranching interests.
